Material qualification

We perform mechanical-technological tests for you on metals, plastics and composites. We qualify coatings and the resistance of elastomers. Based on your specifications we develop and evaluate test benches and perform standard and customer-specific material and component tests.

Our accredited materials testing laboratory (in compliance with DIN EN ISO 17025) performs among others the following tests for you.

  • Fatigue strength tests on metals, plastics and fibre composites
    • Tension tests on metallic samples at room temperatures and temperatures between –50 °C to +300 °C (e.g. pursuant to DIN EN 12002-1, DIN EN ISO 6892-1, DIN EN 10002-5, DIN EN ISO 6892-2, DIN ISO 15579)
    • Tension tests on elastomers in compliance with DIN 53504
