For IABG, personnel development means transferring responsibility to employees and to specifically promote their technical, methodical and personal competence. Our goal is to offer vocational and personal development possibilities to each of our employees, thus making the entire company more successful. To that end continuous improvement is required.
Intensive and permanent personnel development is a logical result of our pronounced customer orientation. Aligning our activities with the market and our customers requires high flexibility on part of our employees regarding their vocational development and continuous improvement of their qualifications.
We support our staff from their first working day on. At the start they participate in an integration programme for new employees. Then we offer many further education projects, and beyond that special promotion programmes, where employees are given the opportunity to assume technical and executive functions.
