Logistics Solutions

Federal Armed Forces

IABG - Logistics Solutions Logistics is responsible for securing the material readiness, sustainability and mobility of the armed forces. From biros to tanks, everything that the armed forces need to fulfil their duties is planned, procured, delivered and maintained by those responsible for logistics. It is no longer the Cold War - contingents for deployment abroad do not need to be ready to fight within a matter of hours. However, logistics chains must function not only at a domestic level, but also in all crisis regions all over the world. In the current political climate, these changed duties of the Federal Armed Forces allow centralised logistics covering all armed forces. This saves on personnel and costs.

We support the Federal Armed Forces in introducing and implementing the necessary process of modernisation. With our many years of experience in the area of military Basic Logistics and Logistics Support Operations, as well as the logistics solutions that we have developed, we can offer our customers in the military area both assistance and advice.

Industry

The situation in the manufacturing industry is quite similar in terms of logistical requirements. Machines are idle if a necessary part is not in stock. Globalised production processes have intensified this situation in recent years. A product that is not delivered on schedule can have serious financial consequences in the form of compensation claims. In some cases, damage to a company's image also has a detrimental effect.

In order to keep these increased requirements under control, the logistics process must be accurately planned and built upon secure IT structures. We provide you with expertise in logistics and modern IT so that you can analyse and optimise your Planning and Procurement Processes.
