Modern spatial planning and evaluation are based on high-resolution geodata gathered from aerial photographs and remote sensing, systems. The IABG Geodata Service covers all aspects of modern geodata processing.
We capture, process, and analyse geodata from all types of sources (camera systems, satellites, laser scanners, multispectral scanners, thermal scanners, radar, and many more). From these we create precise orthophotos and thematic image evaluations, city and terrain models, and combined analyses that are essential for civilian and military applications.
The team of developers from the Geodata Service provides competent consulting and support in all methodical and technical questions concerning geoinformatics and the associated software development.
As a result of our many years of expertise in the investigation and assessment of contaminated sites and the conducting of environmental impact analyses, we are in demand as a partner for complex projects in the environmental sector. With our experience in contaminated site investigation and remediation, we help to revitalise industrial fallow land and to convert former military and armament sites.
Our competence is also evident in the development of innovative methods. Take, for example, our patented remediation technologies, DROP for oil pollution and BioREx for land contaminated by explosives.
