Complex new processes and systems can no longer be represented without simulation. Conducting experiments, refining solutions to problems, configuring components or prototype tests – none of these things are conceivable without modeling and simulation (M&S). Nor is the transformation of the Armed Forces conceivable without them. All areas of application require flexible, configurable simulation systems that cover a wide range of models and scenarios.
It is precisely this that is the core competence of IABG. Our simulation systems are used on all command and system levels of the Armed Forces and contribute significantly to the concept development and experimentation process (CD&E).
In cases where deterministic methods and models do not adequately reflect the problem structures, we work with knowledge-based systems in addition. Using cutting-edge IT technologies, we developed systems that mirror human expertise and strategies and create new bases to solve planning and decision-making problems.
