This autumn IABG once again opens its gates in Ottobrunn and invites interested guests to come and visit on occasion of our
Open House Day
on Sunday, 15 September 2013
from 10:00am to 5:00pm
where we will offer valuable insight in what’s happening backstage at IABG.
We have prepared an interesting and diverse programme for our guests. Space enthusiasts will enjoy the fascinating space centre and magnetic field simulation facility tours. For people interested in aeronautics we offer tours through our aviation test centre. Among other things we will showcase the Airbus A320 test setup which we currently use to perform fatigue tests to extend the aircraft’s lifespan.
We are also happy to welcome you to our Simulation, Integration and Test Centre (SIT). Have you ever dreamed of feeling like a pilot in a cockpit? To make this dream come true, come and check out our ultra-modern flight simulator.
A visit of our Teleport facility for satellite-based services such as internet, data, voice applications and images rounds the multi-faceted programme tour off.
With an attractive framework programme we make sure that our guests are well taken care of. In addition to the tours we offer a tombola and for our small visitors we prepared an entertaining programme for kids.
Of course we will also take care of your culinary needs – once again at reasonable, family-friendly prices.
