Competence in analysis, consultation and development

Our expertise for your innovative products! We offer our founded material and technology expertise in the context of our consulting and development services, to plan and implement standard and customized test concepts and for the targeted application of analytic methods in qualitative and quantitative material characterisation.
We will get to the bottom of problems!

Consultation and development

  • Materials, production technologies and testing methods
  • We support our customers developing and optimising their products and in production technologies and develop specific testing procedures according to their requirements.
  • Product specifications, quality control and assurance
  • We advise and support customers in developing and optimising product specifications, quality control and – in direct customer liaison – develop quality assurance concepts.

Material qualification

We perform mechanical-technological tests on metals, plastics and composites and qualify coatings as well as the resistance of elastomers. We develop test stands and perform standard as well as customized material and component tests in line with customer requirements.

Our material laboratory is accredited according to DIN EN ISO 17025 and offers the following tests (excerpt):

  • Characteristic strength values on metals, plastics and fibre composite components
    • Tensile tests on metallic samples at ambient temperatures and temperatures between - 50°C to + 300°C (e.g. according to DIN EN 12002-1, DIN EN ISO 6892-1, DIN EN 10002-5, DIN EN ISO 6892-2, DIN ISO 15579)
    • Tensile tests of elastomers according to DIN 53504
