Our electric linear actuators enable the generation of translatory movements and forces with fascinating control accuracy and dynamics. In contrast to servo-hydraulic drive axes, our maintenance-free synchronous linear motors also require no pressure oil and significantly less energy.
For you, this means significantly lower operating and maintenance costs with significantly higher performance and a much wider range of applications for the actuator system. In addition, the all-electric implementation offers you high availability of your system and maximum safety for your operating personnel.

Use of linear actuators in testing technology

Our servo-electric linear direct drives can be operated with position, speed, acceleration and force control. Position setpoint specifications with the smallest amplitudes in the range of a few micrometres are tracked just as precisely as setpoint signals with amplitudes of a few hundred millimetres.
Our linear motors are also characterized by a very high synchronization quality (complete compensation of cogging forces / no cogging) even at very low speeds. Due to their many strengths, our electric linear direct drives are therefore predestined for applications in test bench technology in particular, in which very different test and load cases are to be precisely implemented with one actuator system.
Due to their high dynamics, linear motors are also always the first choice when the test case requires forces to be applied to moving components or moving test specimens to be loaded with a constant force.
